For three generations Jimmy Kelly’s has earned our reputation from one principle – never compromising. Our steaks are hand cut by our butcher, in our kitchen, on the day we serve them. We select the very best Midwest grain-fed beef and age our beef for a minimum of 28 days. During this natural process, enzymes break down and tenderize the meat, giving it a unique flavor and ensuring tenderness. Our goal is to ensure that we serve you the world’s finest beef.
